Just Moved to glendale, and it seems like all my utilities and cell phone bill have a 9-10% Tax added on for the city of Glendale, that I know for a fact no other cities in St Louis county have. What is the reason for these extra Glendale Taxes??

Glendale is higher than others but suspect not by too much.
