What are the condos on I-17 and Glendale called?

There are brand new condos on I-17 (on the east side) and about Glendale Ave. Does anyone know what they are called? They have banners on them, but I’m driving too fast and can’t read them. Thanks!
Native AZ - I realize it’s a bad part of town, that’s why I don’t live there. I was born and raised in Arizona (24 years). I just want to know what they are called.

The middle of town unless you get little further north like helicopters hovering over your complex every night with spotlights you like helicopters hovering over your.
