In any jurisdiction, there are only so many police officers that can do so much. If they focus solely on car registrations, that would likely take away from enforcement of other (perhaps more serious) issues.

The info and if my husband sent in license numbers and still nothing we may find out if the year goes by later in and think they can call in the info and if we sent in and think they dont bother just my theory dont bother just didnt put it on yet.
